Barbara Jean Artis of Goldsboro and Charles Herman Lane Jr. of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony March 1 at noon at Philadelphia Community Church, with Pastor Rodger Taylor officiating.
After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple reside in Goldsboro.
