Polk-Stallings

LAMPASAS, Texas — Brenda Ingrid Stallings of Goldsboro and Steven Patrick Polk of Gaston, S.C., exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 5 at noon.
The bride is the daughter of Christa Marie Scholl of Kempner, Texas, and the late Philip Harvey Stallings Jr. of Goldsboro.
She is a 1991 graduate of Southern Wayne High School and a pharmacy technician student.
The groom is the son of Arnree S. Polk and the late S. Polk of Charleston, S.C.
He attended a South Carolina military school. He is serving in the military as a first sergeant.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her daughters, Ashley and Brittany Caraway.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the couple.
After a wedding trip to the coast of Texas, the couple reside at Ft. Hood, Texas.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the home of the couple.
