Magen Bree Hill became the wife of Leslie Allan Pike II of Wilson’s Mills May 1 at 5 p.m.

Dr. Al Herrington officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Antioch Presbyterian Church.

Olin G. and Marion J. Hill of Goldsboro are parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Thomas M. and Bernice A. Jones of Mount Olive, Ruth W. Hill of Goldsboro and the late J. Edward Hill and the great-granddaughter of Blanche W. Anderson of Goldsboro.

Parents of the groom are L. Allan and Susan C. Pike of Cedar Point. He is the grandson of Barbara S. Comer and Carrie Pike of Goldsboro, the late John Comer and the late Homer Pike.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white strapless gown with a satin cuffed bodice embellished with crystals and sequins. The full tulle skirt was trainless and accented the ballgown style.

For her headpiece, she chose a rhinestone tiara with an elbow-length tulle veil accented with rhinestones. She also wore an heirloom diamond pendant, borrowed from her grandmother. She carried a hand-tied clutch bouquet of daisies.

Amber Worley of Raleigh, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Melissa Hill of Pikeville, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelly Crocker of Pine Level, sister of the groom, and Danielle Kennedy, Amy Lancaster and Jennifer Kearney of Goldsboro, friends of the bride.

Allan Pike was his son’s best man. Groomsmen were Jason Crocker of Pine Level, brother-in-law of the groom; Thad Hill of Goldsboro, brother of the bride; and Carl Russell of Raleigh, Joey Surratt of Clayton and Jason Collins of Wilson’s Mills, friends of the groom.

Carolynn Clucas and Brittany Hill of Goldsboro, cousins of the bride, were flower girls. Adam Crocker of Pine Level, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.

Susan Hill of Goldsboro, aunt of the bride, directed the ceremony. Presiding at the register was Sarah Warren of Goldsboro, friend of the couple. Alexis and Haili Rosefeld of Maryland, cousins of the groom, distributed programs.

A program of wedding music was provided by Wanda Becton, pianist; Jamie Clucas, vocalist; and Nicholas Becton, sound technician.

After a wedding trip, the couple will reside in Wilson’s Mills.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Rosewood High School and a 2003 graduate of Mount Olive College with a bachelor of science degree in visual communications. She is employed as an art teacher at Midway Middle School.

The groom graduated from Rosewood High School in 1997 and North Carolina State University in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in business. He is employed as an estimator/project manager with Seegars Fence Co.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents held a reception and dance at Lane Tree Country Club. David Turnage of Goldsboro and De Carte of Greenville, friends of the couple, and Danny and Maxine Godwin of Goldsboro, uncle and aunt of the groom, greeted guests.

On April 30, parents of the groom held a rehearsal dinner at the Steak Barn.

Co-workers of the bride held a miscellaneous shower April 28 at Midway Middle School of Spivey’s Corner.

On April 17, Amber Worley and friends held a lingerie shower and bachelorette party in Raleigh.

Friends of the groom held a bachelor party weekend April 16 and 17 in Wilmington.

On March 27, Jason and Kelly Crocker, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, held a lawn and garden shower at their home in Pine Level.

Aunts of the bride held a miscellaneous bridal shower Mach 21 at Antioch Presbyterian Church.

On March 20, Doug and Tammy Murray, uncle and aunt of the groom, held a stock-the-bar party at their home.
