* Volleyball: Goldsboro d. Neuse Charter 25-11, 25-17 -- Grace Tart delivered a four-kill performance for GHS, which improved to 7-2 overall this season. Fayth Serlick served four aces.
* Tennis: Parrott Academy 7, Wayne Country Day 2 -- Top-seeded Nancy Chen claimed Wayne Country Day's lone singles point with an 8-3 decision over APA's Grace Brydge. The Chargers' No. 1 tandem of Chen-Hannah McKeithan picked up an 8-3 win. WCDS plays host to Christ Covenant today.
* Volleyball: Charles B. Aycock d. Hunt 25-19, 25-15 -- Sophomore Daelyn Brock recorded five kills. Freshman Anna Girard and freshman Ansleigh Boyd provided three and two kills, respectively. Sophomore McKenzie Norris served three aces and dished out eight assists. Freshman Victoria Patnaude posted two solo blocks. Freshman Abigail Lancaster paced the defense with 18 digs.
* Volleyball: Rosewood d. Eastern Wayne 25-20, 23-25, 25-17 -- Sophomore Lana Nuwara led the Eagles' offense with three kills. Junior Abby Kornegy and Allana Atwell each had two kills. Rylee Myers dished out six assists. Sophomore Demya Yelverton emerged as the Eagles' offensive leader with seven kills and collected 10 digs on defense. Freshman Paige Neiman registered four kills. Yelverton and sophomore Ziomara Williams served five and four aces, respectively. Rayven Smith, a freshman, recorded two blocks. Freshman Vondalyn Swain dished out four of EW's eight team assists.
