Put Me in Coach

I've been doing a lot of swinging and missing lately.
And no, I haven't been playing baseball.
I'm in a bit of a rut with practicing with different teams due to some scheduling mishaps complicating matters.
Today you were supposed to be reading about how I ran a 7k mud run at Busco Beach with no training besides eating fruit snacks and drinking Pepsi.
But it turns out, I don't know how to read very well and the Extreme Warrior Mud Run is on May 9.
So gang, I'll be there. If you're going to be there come by and say hello. I'll be the guy on the ground crawling with tears streaming down his face while his girlfriend laughs and takes pictures for Snapchat.
I don't think I'm going to be able to weasel my way out of doing Zumba, so you guys will also soon be reading about that. My entire family in Maryland is considering a trip down just to watch that unfold live.
Once schools get back from Spring Break I think this will be a bit easier to schedule, since it's hard to practice with teams that, you know, aren't practicing.
If you would like to see me practice out at your school, or try a sport that maybe we don't cover a lot of, don't be shy. Shoot me an email.
Anyway, Busco Beach looks like a fun place to hang out and get a tan. So I'm off. Maybe I'll rent an ATV or something and write about that for next week.
Until next week, you stay class San Diego, er Goldsboro.
