Chargers' defense critical against Wilmington Christian

Wayne Country Day's defensive pressure provided easy baskets and the Chargers eased past Wilmington Christian, 60-50, on Tuesday.
Jamal Forde led the Chargers with 15 points and Victor Miller scored 14. Kris Cooley and Shahim Muhammed combined for 17 points. Muhammed grabbed 11 boards.
Wilmington Christian knocked down 11 3-pointers to keep the game close.
Wayne Country Day (13-7 overall) entertains Freedom Christian on Friday.
