OFFENSE: Dayshawn Pridgen (Eastern Wayne) -- Rushed for 197 yards and two touchdowns, and threw a 45-yard halfback option TD pass to KK Best just before halftime in the Warriors' 47-21 romp over Charles B. Aycock.
DEFENSE: Joseph Baker (Goldsboro) -- Intercepted three passes from his safety position as the Cougars (3-7 overall) remained in contention for a state-playoff berth.
