For the second straight night, weather shortened the game for Rosewood. But the Eagles, this time, salvaged a 2-2 tie against Hobbton in the Carolina 1-A Conference opener for both teams.
The Eagles trailed by two at halftime, but Zach Barnes and Ethan Chapin each converted goals before the weather arrived.
Bryce McKeel added an assist.
Rosewood (2-2-1 overall, 0-0-1 CC) travels to Princeton on Monday.
