North Johnston slips past Goldsboro

KENLY -- North Johnston did just enough against a stingy Goldsboro defense to earn a 2-1 win on Monday night.

Rubin Quiroz had Goldsboro's lone marker. Jared Howard led the Cougars defensively.

Goldsboro is the guest of Rosewood on Sept. 16.
