Big inning helps Midway defeat Rosewood in baseball

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- Midway used an eight-run fourth inning to defeat Rosewood 13-2 on Monday afternoon.
Reed Howell led Rosewood with two hits. Jordan Gurley and Jonathan Cherry each added one hit in the defeat.
Brent Breedlove suffered the loss on the pitcher's mound.
Rosewood (0-5 overall) will host Dixon on Wednesday.
