Bulldogs upend Saints in softball

DUDLEY -- Princeton's offense got on track early and stayed hot in a 15-3, non-conference win over Southern Wayne on Thursday afternoon.
Hailey Wood led the Bulldogs with four hits and two runs batted in. Charley Cox added three hits and one RBI.
Southern Wayne was paced by Kelsey Hayes' three-hit effort. Hope Jones added two hits in the loss.
Tori Paul got the win in the pitcher's circle for Princeton.
Southern Wayne (3-1 overall) plays host to Triton today.
