Mercer paces Rosewood girls on the road

CALYPSO -- Freshman Lexi Mercer scored a game-high 20 points to lead Rosewood to a 63-13 win at North Duplin on Tuesday evening.
The Eagles led 23-3 after one quarter and were never threatened.
Casey Thornton led the Rebels with three points.
Rosewood (14-6 overall, 7-2 CC) plays host to Princeton on Friday, while North Duplin (2-20, 0-9) visits Spring Creek.
