ANDERSON, S.C. -- Jasmine Whitby provided two clutch free throws with two seconds left as Mount Olive College upended Anderson (S.C.) University 65-62 in overtime during their Conference Carolinas women's basketball game Saturday afternoon.
Whitby finished with 20 points and nine rebounds for the Trojans, who claimed their school-record 10th consecutive win. Mount Olive, ranked No. 9 in the Southeast Region poll, climbed to 3-0 in overtime games this season.
Brittany Miller supplied a double-double -- 10 points, career-high 16 rebounds for the Trojans. Senior Tomeka Prichard emerged just the third player in MOC history to reach the 1,200-point mark in her career with an eight-point effort.
Shequanta McGee finished with 13 points, six rebounds and five steals. McGee scored 11 of her points after halftime. Miller and Whitby played the entire overtime period with four fouls apiece.

Anderson (9-11, 9-7) closed the gap to 63-62 in the final minute, which was eventually decided by turnovers. Whitby's fifth steal of the game set up her game-clinching free throws as the Trojans swept the regular-season series.
