ROBBINS -- Dylan Myers tossed a 62-yard touchdown pass to Dillon Daughtry on Princeton's first play from scrimmage and the Bulldawgs went on to a 25-0 win at North Moore on Friday night.
"We felt like we had to do something to try to hit them early and try to get some momentum in our favor after the way things went last week," Princeton head coach Russell Williamson said. "We built on it from that point on."
Kwame Corprew added a 5-yard touchdown run later in the first quarter.
Jeremy Carmichael found the endzone from 4 yards out late in the third quarter and Myers tacked on a scoring run of his own early in the fourth. Carmichael paced the Bulldawgs offense with 102 yards rushing on 14 carries.
"I feel like it was an advantatge to us to have a game under our belt and they didn't," Williamson said. "We corrected the mistakes that we made last week. We didn't have any turnovers and we ran the ball really well.
"We did enough passing to keep them off balance and we probably played about as well as we could play other than in our kicking game."
