East Carolina's Seth Maness picked up his school-record, sixth All-American honor on Monday.
Baseball America selected the right-handed pitcher for its first-team, Freshman All-American squad. Maness posted a 9-2 record with a 3.27 earned run average and collected 81 strikeouts in 981/3 innings of work.
Maness became just the second freshman in ECU history to win nine games in a season.
