CHOCOWINITY -- Goldsboro's Robert Blair and Don Collins finished among the top four competitors in Flight A during an Amateur Golf Tour event at Cypress Landing Golf Club.
Blair finished second with an 82, while Collins carded an 85.
Cory Watson ended up fourth in Flight C play with an 86.
The next AGT tournament is scheduled for June 16 at The Emerald Golf Course in New Bern.

Rosewood Red Sox 21, Goldsboro's Boy's Club 0 -- Nicholas Neal notched his second no-hitter of the season in a win over Goldsboro's Boy's Club. Jacob Rose had a triple and a double while Trent Marquard paced the Rosewood attack with three hits. James Sutton and Jeremy Lintner chipped in two hits a piece. Earlier last week Rosewood picked up wins over St. Paul Bishops 9-1 and Seymour Johnson #2, 16-7.
Rosewood Red Sox 10, Rosewood Rockets 2 -- Seven players collected hits as the Rosewood Red Sox defeated the Rosewood Rockets. Ethan Chapin, Trent Marquard (home run), and Luke Teague collected two hits apeice while Jacob Rose, Nicholas Neal, Blake Wirhouski and Bryan Smith each chipped in with one hit. Marquard picked up the win on the mound, allowing only five hits while striking out 11. Matt Parsons led the Rocket offense with two hits. Jeremy Mercer struck out eight in the loss for the Rockets. The win improved the Red Sox to 14-2 on the season.
Wayne County Babe Ruth
Eastern Wayne 20, Wilson Christian 8 -- Eastern Wayne got two triples from Erasomo Ponce to help them defeat Wilson Christian. Wes Sterwart and Logan Wicks both went 2-for-3 while Gren Simms, Greg Bates and John Dail each contributed with one hit for Eastern Wayne. Logan Wicks picked up the win on the mound.
