Narron pulled early, but strong in start

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Former Eastern Wayne and East Carolina University standout Sam Narron picked up a no-decision for the AAA Oklahoma RedHawks in two innings of work on Monday against the Nashville Sounds.
Narron, who started the game, yielded no runs on just one hit with one walk and one strikeout. Narron faced eight batters and induced three flyouts and two groundouts.
Narron is currently 6-1 with the Texas Rangers' AAA affiliate with a 4.01 earned run average.
