K-Tribe keeps winning

KINSTON - The Kinston Indians kept up their winning ways Tuesday night with a 5-2 victory over the Salem Avalanche in a Carolina League game at Grainger Stadium.
The victory keeps Kinston on top of the Southern Division of the Carolina League at 31-12, five games ahead of Myrtle Beach.
The Indians will take on Salem again tonight and close out their four-game series with the Avalanche on Thursday night. Winston-Salem and Potomac will be visiting the K-Tribe next during the current homestand, which runs through June 2.
