A: Initiate inter-office staff meetings and IT training. Ensure employees are aware of all procedures necessary to provide service as needed and establish policy. Restore honesty and integrity into the department. Establish profound communications between various department heads of city, state and county levels. Collaborate with attorneys, funeral directors, magistrates, veterans and consumers to create dialogue to meet the demands of this department. Q: Why are you the best candidate for this position? A: I have computer experience and the ability to community with the proper personnel to take the register of deeds to the 21st century. I have a true understanding of the needs of the people, and will always be straight forward and when I don’t know the answer to various situations; I will communicate with other registrars not employees. Obtain registrant training and attend meetings with the county manager and county commissioners to update myself and the department with new policy. Establish ways to ensure the register of deeds office is a part of the county functions and incentives, for all employees. Maintain primary focus to the needs of the department. |
