Irene "Ebby" Keen Phillips, 89, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Ebby was born in Campbell County, Va., March 21, 1928, to the late William Edward Keen and Mabel Clair Hopkins Keen. She was married to the late Milton Rudolph "Rudy" Phillips.
The family will receive friends Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Ebby is survived by her son, M.R. "Phil" Phillips of Broadway, and two grandchildren.
