Eddie Lee Worthy, 57, 205 Goldsboro St., Wilson, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Wilson Medical Center of Wilson, N.C.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2017, at St. John Apostolic Holiness Church, 5449 Central Road, Black Creek, N.C. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street Extension, Wilson.
A public viewing will take place Saturday 1 p.m., with family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 726 Tarboro St. Southwest, Wilson.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Wilson.
