Jessie Williams Barfield, 80, Kinston, died Thursday at Harmony Hall Nursing Center.
Graveside service will be today at 2 p.m. at Daly's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery of LaGrange.
She was born April 13, 1935, in LaGrange to the late Jacob Edward Williams and Sudie Mae Wiggs Williams. She was married to the late Joe Barfield Sr.
She is survived by three children.
Visitation will follow the graveside service, and at other times, the family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rhodes, 3846 Neuse Road, Kinston.
Arrangements are by Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
