GAYNELL YOUNG PICKENS

Gaynell Bynum Young Pickens, 77, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at Willow Creek Nursing & Rehab in Goldsboro. She was born in Wayne County to the late Campfield Bynum and Ella Jackson Bynum.
She is survived by her daughters, Gloria, Valerie, Megail and Ella Young, 10 siblings, 18 grandchildren and 68 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Delight UHC, 976 LaGrange Road in LaGrange. She will be laid to rest at Willowdale Cemetery, 306 E. Elm Street, Goldsboro. There will be a visitation held on Tuesday from 4 until 6 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
