WILLIE R. BORDEAUX

Willie Ray Bordeaux, 79, resident of College Circle in Mount Olive, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, in a Virginia Beach, Va., hospital.
Mr. Bordeaux, son of the late Edgar E. and Ethel Fields Bordeaux, was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He was retired from Firestone, and attended Mount Olive's First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Odom Bordeaux of the home; two stepdaughters, Tracy Nugent of Virginia Beach, Va., and Sharon Lee Weeks of Clinton; a granddaughter, Brooke Taylor Nugent; a great-grandson, Landon Patrick Nugent; a sister and brother-in-law, Brenda Bordeaux Price and Larry Price of Richmond, Va.; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Pat Bordeaux of Midlothian, Va.; two nieces, Lauren Anne Price and Allison Price Rideout and husband, Jonathan, and their daughter, Alexandra Bordeaux Rideout, all of Virginia.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, with Dr. Dennis Atwood officiating, followed by burial in Maplewood in Mount Olive.
Visitation will be during the hour before the services.
