Samuel Lee Frazier, 69, 103 Johnson Place, Mount Olive, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Holy Ghost Cathedral Church, with pastor Preston Grimes as eulogist. Burial will be in Wynn Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 11, 1945, in Wayne County to Robert and Lillie Bell Dubose Frazier. He was married to Jacqueline "Jackie" Frazier.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Holy Ghost Cathedral Church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
