WARSAW -- Herbert C. Pope, 86, died Tuesday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday in Community Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
He was born June 12, 1927, in New Hanover County to the late Milton Claudious Pope and Nellie Marie Hope Pope. He was married to Marlene W. Pope.
He is survived by a daughter and a son.
Visitation will be tonight at 7 at Community Funeral Home in Warsaw.
