Bennie Harvey, 81, of 1280 Holly Drive, Williamston, formerly of Goldsboro, died Wednesday a his home.
A celebration of life will be held Monday at noon at Hooks Grove Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. J.C. Sherrod will officiate. He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born to the late Ben Harvey and Mary Jane Dickerson. There will be a viewing today from 4 until 8 p.m., with the family present to receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m.
A sympathetic and dignified service entrusted to Rhodes Funeral Home, Goldsboro.
