Robert Peele Sr., 82, 1305 Evergreen Ave., departed this life Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in the silent chambers of death by his namesake, Robert Peele Jr.
His life will remembered and celebrated Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. Burial will follow in the family cemetery in Mount Olive, N.C.
Loving memories are cherished by his devoted wife, Mary E. Peele of the home; his children, Russell Peele of Arkansas, Jerry Peele, Jodie Peele, Linda Peele of Goldsboro, Hattie Peele of Greenville and Antionette Graves of Fayetteville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
