MOUNT OLIVE -- John Cecil Council 28, 192 Washington Ave., died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Eastern Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Park in Mount Olive.
He was born Dec. 13, 1981, in Wayne County to John T. Council and Peggy Ingram Council.
He is survived by his wife, Molisia Braswell Council, three sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremations.
The family will receive friends at the home, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
