Cleo Bell Hubert Brown, 97, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Beachwood Cemetery, 3300 Fayetteville St. in Durham.
The family will assemble at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Wilson.
