QUINCY L. SMITH
Quincey Lee Smith, 49, 423 Martin Luther King Drive, Smithfield, died Aug. 12 as a result of a house fire.
He was the son of the late Usher & Lelia Williams Smith.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Walter Sanders Funeral Home, Smithfield.
