MARY FULLER MEELER

LEASBURG -- Mary Fuller Meeler, 87, formerly of 7482 N.C. Hwy. 119 N., died Thursday at Brian Nursing Center of Yanceyville. She had been in declining health for several years.
Funeral services will be today at 2 p.m. at Beulah Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Buddy Hall. Interment will be in Lebanon Christian Church Cemetery.
She was born in Caswell County to Robert W. Fuller and Maggie Fuller Ives. She was a homemaker, high school graduate and member of Lebanon Christian Church of Semora.
Surviving are a daughter, Phyllis M. Fuquay and husband, Tony, of Leasburg; a son, Don Meeler of Goldsboro; a sister, Allie Cooper of Providence; two brothers, William "Bill" Fuller and wife, Vivian, and Clyde Fuller of Anderson; one grandchild, Sherri Fuquay; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John Edgar Meeler; and two brothers, Robert "Bob" Fuller and John Fuller.
The family received friends Saturday from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at Harrelson Funeral Home, Yanceyville, and at other times at 7482 Hwy. 119 N.
Harrelson Funeral Service is assisting the Meeler family with arrangements.
