Jason and Sarah Smith Bordeaux announce the birth and death of their daughter, Jadyn Elizabeth Bordeaux at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Doug Seymour officiating.
Family members will greet friends Wednesday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at Blended Fellowship Church, 2091 Big Daddy's Road, Pikeville.
In addition to her parents, Jadyn is survived by her paternal grandparents, Danny and Sherry Bordeaux of Grantham, Patricia Pelt of Dudley; her maternal grandparents, Dono-van and Robin Smith of Goldsboro; paternal great-grandparents, James and Margie Hatcher of Pikeville; aunts, Jennifer Bordeaux of Grantham, Katherine Smith of Goldsboro; and an uncle, Donovan Smith of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the Blended Fellowship LIA, 2091 Big Daddy's Road, Pikeville, N.C., 27863.
