Betty Ellis Black Outlaw, 73, of 913 Sixth St., died Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Hamilton of the home and Wanda Black of Goldsboro; three sons, Steve Black and Michael Black of Goldsboro and Maurice Black of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Cleveland Ellis and James Ellis of Goldsboro; three sisters, Lillie Costen of Goldsboro, Mary Washington of Raleigh and Viola Hagans of Maryland; and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home. Apostle D.L. McIntyre will officiate. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home and the family will be present to receive friends from 8 until 9 p.m.
