Paul Edmundson, 80, died Friday at Britthaven Nursing Home.
Mr. Edmundson was born on Oct. 1, 1925, to the late Larry Drew Edmundson and Maggie McKeel Edmundson. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Rosa Lee Daniels Edmundson. Mr. Edmundson was a retired butcher.
A graveside service was held today at 11 a.m. at Eureka Cemetery with the Rev. Elbert Reeves and the Rev. Pauline West officiating.
Mr. Edmundson is survived by his sisters, Virginia E. Wells Hudson of Goldsboro and Lois E. McKeel of Faro.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, William Edmundson, Wilbert Edmundson and Ray Edmundson; and his sister, Mae Owens.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
