JERRY NORRIS SR.
MOUNT OLIVE -- Jerry Martin Norris Sr., 63, of 811 West Main St., died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Mount Olive Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Phil Faucette will conduct the service.
Mr. Norris was born in Mount Olive and attended North Duplin High School. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, and was a wholesale florist distributor.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Perkins Norris of the home; his mother, Angelene Giddings Norris of Mount Olive; two sons, Jerry Martin Norris Jr. of Newton Grove, and Jerry Dean Norris of Florida; one brother, James Clayton Norris of Lawton, Okla.; a sister, Daisy Jo Norris Wiggins of Mount Olive; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jasper Lee Norris.
Friends will be received at the residence at 811 West Main St., and also at his mother's residence, 402 West Main St.
