The Goldsboro alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity recently donated $500 to assist students at Wayne Community College. The group established the Chester A. Beverly Scholarship, to be used to cover short-term training costs, books, uniforms and/or credential fees for students in the WCC workforce continuing education division. Beverly was one of the fraternity's founding members.
