Expect work, school delays in the morning

City of Goldsboro offices will be closed until 11 a.m. Thursday due to adverse weather conditions in the area.
The Goldsboro-Wayne Transportation Authority will also operate on a holiday schedule, with buses starting to provide service at 9:30 a.m.
Wayne County Public Schools will have a 2-hour delay.
