Manchester was charged with probation violation, larceny, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance, felony identity theft, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving while license revoked, resisting a public officer, possession of stolen goods, providing fictitious information to an officer and failure to dim headlamps.

She was put in the Wayne County Jail and given a $35,500 secured bond.
