Police search for second suspect

The Goldsboro Police Department is still searching for a local man officers suspect was the second perpetrator of an early-morning armed robbery at Donnell's Express Mart on March 8.
Devon Melvin Williams, 20, is wanted for robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall weighing 165 pounds.
The Express Mart, a gas station and convenience store located at 518 E. Elm St., was held up at gunpoint just after 9 a.m.
Police identified the first of two suspects, Johnathan Maurice Waters, and brought him in for questioning a few days later.
Waters was arrested March 11 at the police station. He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was given a $50,000 secured bond and held in Wayne County Jail.
Further investigation has produced information police say leads back to Williams. He was last known to reside at 427 Denmark St., but so far he has not been located.
