Mount Olive College freshman Caitlin Gore of Virginia moves into a residence hall Saturday.
Tim Woodard, director of admissions at Mount Olive college, said the incoming Class of 2016 is one of the college's largest and academically strongest. He also noted that among the incoming students -- including 100 transfers -- are 60 out-of-state and 49 international students from 34 different countries. Of the 240 in-state students, 20 are from Wayne County.
