GATEWAY schedule announced

The Christmas and New Year's holiday schedules have been announced for the GATEWAY bus and van services.
The bus service will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 23 , while the van service will observe its normal schedule.
The Goldsboro/Wayne Transportation Authority will close at 2 p.m. Dec. 24. Bus service will start at 5:30 a.m. and the last departure from the transfer center will be at 12:30 p.m. and service will not be provided after 1:30 p.m. Van service will not be provided after 1 p.m.
The office staff will not be available to process reservations on Dec. 23 so people requesting van service for Dec. 24, 27 and 28 must schedule transportation no later than 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 22.
The authority office will be closed Dec. 26 for the Christmas holiday. People requesting van service for Dec. 29 must schedule transportation not later than 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 27.
The van service will operate on its normal schedule on Jan. 2. Passengers requesting van service for Jan. 2, 3 and 4 must schedule transportation no later than 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 29.
The bus service will operate on a holiday schedule on Jan. 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
