Goldsboro man to face child sex charges

A Goldsboro man was jailed under a $6 million secured bond Saturday after the Wayne County's Sheriff Office arrested him on charges of numerous sex offenses.
Joseph Anthony Raczkow-ski, 50, of Garrick Lane, faces six counts of first-degree statutory sexual offense, second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Other charges are pending, investigators said.
The victim was an acquaintance of the suspect.
Raczkowski was arrested following an investigation and execution of a search warrant at his home on Garrick Lane.
Lawmen began the investigation based on accusations of sexual assaults that occurred between 2002 and 2005. The female victim was approximately 13 years of age at the time of the offense, investigators said.
