SEVEN SPRINGS -- Country music star Darryl Worley will be performing Saturday night at Maynard's in Seven Springs.
Worley, who has recorded seven albums and sold more than 2 million records worldwide, is one of Nashville's established hit-makers and compelling artists.
The performance will start at 10 p.m.
Worley's hits include "I Miss My Friend," "Awful Beautiful Life" and "Have You Forgotten."
He will soon release a new album titled "God and Country," containing songs inspired by his faith and patriotism as well as an instrumental version of "Have You Forgotten."
Worley has been one of country music's biggest supporters of the United States military and does many shows each year at military installations stateside and abroad.
Worley will also be giving away a free download of his new song, "Unsung Heroes" to members of the Armed Forces. He said he wrote the song to honor the often-overlooked family members of servicemen and women who have to be away from home for such long periods of time.
Tickets for the show are $26 and can be obtained at www.darrylworley.com.
