A 21-year-old Seymour Johnson airman and a 20-year-old accomplice are accused of the statutory rape of a 15-year-old girl, Goldsboro police said.
Michael Pierucki, 21, of West New Hope Road and William Earl Wooten, 20, of Miller Avenue, are charged with the statutory rape, among other charges.
Investigator Jeremy Sutton reported the investigation began on Monday, and arrests were made Tuesday.
The men also face charges of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and the state's crimes against nature statute.
Police spokesman Chad Calloway said he was unsure how the two men met the 15-year-old.
"They've only known each other for an extremely short period of time. They just recently met," Calloway said.
Calloway said the alleged statutory rape took place at a Goldsboro home, but declined to give further details.
Both men were jailed under a $100,000 bond before their first court appearance on Tuesday, authorities said.
