Suspect arrested in set of break-ins

Woodrow Mitnaul III, 28, of Rosewood Road, has been arrested in connection with three breaking and entering incidents earlier this spring in the Rosewood area.
Mitnaul was arrested following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. Investig-ation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
Mitnaul was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering; felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle; felony larceny after breaking and entering; felony possession of stolen goods; misdemeanor larceny; and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
He was jailed under a $20,000 bond.
On March 31, the Sheriff's Office received a report of a breaking and entering in progress. The occupant of the residence called 911 and the suspect fled the scene before any property was stolen.
On April 13, the Sheriff's Office received a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in which property with a listed value of $300 was stolen.
The third incident occurred on May 13 when deputies received a report of a breaking and entering into a business. Property with a listed value of $6,568 was reported as stolen.
Some property was recovered and returned to the owners.
