Action is expected to be taken on three planning items at Tuesday's Goldsboro City Council meeting.
The first -- a site and landscape plan for New Hope Resale Shop -- will be presented to the council for approval before two rezoning requests finish a light docket.
One of them involves property located at the northwest corner of North Berkeley Boulevard and Lisa Lane. Property owner Glenn Barwick is requesting a change from residential to office and institutional.
The second is a request for a change from office and institutional to general business and involves property located on the northwest corner of New Hope Road and Hare Road. Coastal Transport Inc., is the business making that request.
At the end of the meeting, the council will open the floor to public comment. Those who wish to speak will be asked to comply with a three-minute time limit.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the second floor council chambers at historic City Hall.
