Spring Creek High School student Joshua Rodriguez plays the vibraphone during the All-County Band Festival on Thursday night at Dillard Middle School in Goldsboro. Sixty-five instrumentalists from 10 middle schools and 26 from six high schools were selected to perform at this year's event.
