Identity theft
Somebody in New Orleans reportedly tried to use personal information belonging to Bobby Adams of Tammy Lane to apply for credit and make other transactions. Adams told police that Pay Pal Plus called him about the credit application. He said he has not applied for any credit cards with that company. He said he then found out that the same person made several fraudulent transactions using his personal information and even tried to use funds from his bank account. The report said all transactions appeared to have occurred in New Orleans, La.
Theft
Jennice Yasmeen Minter of West Lockhaven Drive told police she came home from work Monday afternoon to find her front door ajar and speakers valued at $1,000 missing. She said she may have left the door unlocked.
