Local artist Dreamweaver works on creating an outine for a mural on the side of Torero's Mexican Restaurant in downtown Goldsboro on Wednesday afternoon. The Arts Council of Wayne County received a Target-in-Communities grant to complete the mural project. The mural, which was designed by Goldsboro High School students, depicts a farmers' market scene, which celebrates the community's diversity as well as its connections to agriculture. Volunteers will paint the mural once the outline is completed. All ages are welcome to participate. For more information, contact Arts Council Director Sarah Merritt at 736-3300.
